Far West Local Health District (FWLHD) is calling on community members – including patients, families, and carers – who have experienced an outstanding level of care or service to recognise and nominate a staff member or team as part of the District’s Staff Recognition and Health Innovation Awards.
“Far West Local Health District is committed to recognising its employees for their achievements in providing high quality care to patients in our health services,” FWLHD Director Allied Health and Integrated Community Services, Mel Welsh, said.
“Our consumers have the chance to acknowledge Far West health staff and teams who have made a real impact on their lives, or those of their loved ones.”
Nominations are now open and can be lodged online at https://forms.office.com/r/JDhYWKLf42. Nominations close on April 24, with the Staff Recognition and Health Innovation Awards to be celebrated later in the year.
