Young local lad Seth Hicks demonstrated his entrepreneurial attitude over the last few festive weeks by locating an affordable space to set up a pop-up shop showcasing sports shoes while most businesses around town took a breather.
The Sole Factor has been set up in the front office of Broken Hill Property Management and Sales on Oxide St for the last couple of weeks, and 18-year-old Seth couldn’t be happier with the response.
“It’s been great having locals and a few tourists pop into the shop to buy shoes. We have most sizes here and what we don’t have we can get in three days,” says Seth.
The Sole Factor is only open until 4:30pm Sunday January 7 so check out his stock at 57 Oxide St on the corner of Blende St this week before it’s all over.
