A two car crash on the corner of Galena St and Mercury occurred Sunday, February13, at around 11:20am according to the Police Officer in charge of the scene. He said the Mitsubishi Outlander had been travelling west along Galena St and the Holden Commodore was allegedly travelling north along Mercury.
A 36 year old woman in the Mitsubishi was treated at the scene and transported to hospital for suspected spinal injuries according to Inspector Yvette Smith of the Barrier District Police.
Police, Ambulance and the SES attended the scene. An investigation is underway.
