Schnitzel sensation arrives

The Silver City is set to welcome a unique new eatery, Tipsy Camel Schnitzel House & Tapas, opening on Wednesday, November 1, at The Old Brewery.

Owner, Brendan Barlow, is encouraging locals to prepare for “a true Aussie culinary adventure” at the new restaurant.

“From hearty pizzas to classic Schnitzel House and tasty Tapas, we’re all about serving up a feast that’s as delightful as it is scrumptious, so we encourage everyone to join us for a meal that’ll have you coming back for more!” says Mr Barlow.

“The opening night was a great opportunity to celebrate the achievements with family, friends and local tradies and suppliers including Top End Meat, ElaMar, Alma Cordials, Barlow Builders, DKM Electrical, Nevco Plumbing and Spicers Creative.

“We’ve created a new vodka bar with a large range of vodka both National and International including Billsons and Newy Distillery, with a great new cocktail menu including 15 vodka-based cocktails and a few camel themed cocktails including our signature cocktail.

“The menu will include schnitzels with over 20 schnitzel topping and sauces, as well as tapas and pizza but we’re reminding people that bookings up to 15 minutes prior to your arrival are essential so that we can ensure you have a table before your arrival.

“We think the restaurant space complements the function venue, with weekends still available for functions and events,” says Mr Barlow.

“Wednesday Hump Day specials include Chicken Schnitty and Cider for just $30 every Wednesday and gluten free and vegan Schnitzels are available.
