Psychic Fair returns for its twentieth appearance

By Stuart Kavanagh

It’s been 20 years since the first Miracles in Broken Hill Psychic and Wellbeing Fair first opened in our region and the first weekend in August sees it make a return to town at the YWCA Hall on Blende Street.

Karen Papas and Stacey Balazs have been running the fair for nearly two decades and this is the first time since the scourge of COVID stopped proceedings.

The Psychic and Wellbeing Fair offers a range options, so whether you seek spiritual, physical or emotional healing, the Miracles in Broken Hill folks reckon they have you covered.

For the cost of just a gold coin, you can satisfy your curiosity by visiting Psychic Mediums, Tarot readers, Numerologists, Clairvoyants, Palmistrists and Iridologists.

There’s even Iridology, which is an interesting one.

Fair spokesperson Donna-Lee Wynen says, “She [the iridologist] looks into your eyes. The eye is a representation of your body. It’s another form of holistic healing that you can utilise.

It is pretty interesting and I am going to see her myself,” Donna added.

There will also be a dedicated healing area.

The healing area is the perfect place to immerse yourself in energy healing or a Spinal Flow session.

This section of the fair promises to leave you lighter, with a better energy flow and feeling on top of the world.

There will also be plenty of opportunities to do some retail therapy, including browsing and shopping for anything, from crystals to healthy home and body products and lots more inbetween.

Bring the kids to make dad a candle for Father’s Day while you sit and grab a coffee.

The event will be completely COVID-safe, with hand sanitiser available at all stalls.
