North Broken Hill Public School Raffle

Broken Hill North School’s Parents and Citizens (P&C) Committee are running a raffle to raise funds to assist the school community and families with expenses, and they have a tremendous first prize on offer – a $5000 holiday voucher.

“We use our funds for various things. In the past, we’ve provided assistance with swimming lessons for the kids, assistance with excursions to reduce costs. Anything we can do to help our families, we like to try,” Treasurer of the Broken Hill North Public-School P&C, Stacie Hall told the Truth.

With tickets having gone on sale during the Mundi Mundi Bash, the P&C is making one last push to get the word out there to sell their remaining tickets. One way they are doing that is spreading their QR Code all around the Silver City, and for those not keen on digital payments they will be selling tickets at Coles this Sunday morning from 10am.

“The raffle is online, and we have pit QR Codes everywhere, but we have found not everyone wants to QR, so we are going to be at Coles from 10am this coming Sunday to give people the opportunity to buy tickets for cash,” Ms Hall said.

Head to Coles this Sunday morning and pick up a raffle ticket for two reasons; to help a local primary school community and a chance to win a holiday to the value of $5000.
