Mundi Mundi’s 2024 Buzz

Hot on heels of the resounding success of the 2023 Mundi Mundi Bash, the lineup for the 2024 event was announced, with Aussie rock icon James Reyne the headline act for the event. Now, tickets are on sale, and if last years ticket sales are anything to go by – you’ll have to get in quick to secure your tickets to rock out in the Mundi Mundi Plains in 2024.

Bash veterans Chocolate Starfish, who have now appeared at the most Bash events, said, “We’re over the moon to be back again and performing at both the Birdsville and Broken Hill Bash! 2024 is a big one for us as we’ll be on the road with our 30-year anniversary tour – and we couldn’t think of a more electrifying stage to take our Bat Out of Hell show to.”

The Barrier Truth spoke to event organiser Greg Donovan who told us he is anticipating even more interest in the 2024 event, following the success of this year’s event.

“We had a really good turnout this year. We had record numbers, and everything went well.

“Now there is a much higher level of interest in the 2024 event. Everyone has gone home and told their friends and family, and even more people are interested in coming now,” Mr Donovan said.

There has been no time for rest for the event organisers, Mr Donovan told us that work begins some 12 months prior to the event taking place.

“We were working on securing artists from November last year. We like to get in early to ensure we can put together a great line up, which takes time.

“There’s no break really. Once we got through this year’s event, we were straight back to debrief and do all the post event stuff, then we gear up to launch the next event and put tickets on sale. Once we get the tickets on sale – then we get a little breather. “

The event organiser is unequivocal about the quality of the 2024 line up and encourages people to get their tickets as soon as possible so they don’t miss out.

We’ve got an absolutely amazing line up. And the interest in the 2024 event is as high as it’s ever been. Tickets are going to sell really quickly this year. If you’re thinking about going don’t dilly dally, go and grab yourself a ticket.”

Tickets go on sale this Thursday, October 19 from 9.30am local time. Get your tickets at  https://mundimundibash.com.au/buy-tickets/
