Service NSW will be providing a range of services in Menindee and Wilcannia during February for people who’d prefer not to travel to Broken Hill to visit the Service NSW office at 115 Bagot St.

The Menindee Mobile Service Centre will be set up at the REDI.E Office on Yartla St on Thursday February 22 from 10am to 3pm.

The Wilcannia Mobile Service Centre will set up at Wilcannia Council Agency at 45 Reid St on Thursday February 29 from 10am to 2pm.

Services in these locations will include:

  • Driver licence, photo card applicants and renewals,
  • Driver Knowledge Tests,
  • Working with Children Check applicants,
  • Hazard Perception Tests,
  • Applying for birth, death and marriage certificates, and
  • Savings Finder program to access more than 70 government rebates and vouchers

The Mobile Service Centres visit disaster-affected communities and can replace lost or damaged documents (such as birth or marriage certificates, driver licences, photo cards, and Fair Trading licences and permits) free of charge, and help people to access a range of government support services and initiatives.

If you need emergency assistance such as food, water or shelter, contact the Disaster Welfare Assistance Line on 1800 018 444.
