LJ Hooker Broken Hill celebrated its move to a sleek new premises with an official opening event on Friday night.
After 22 years at its old offices on Argent St, the branch has now moved to 326 Blende St – the old location of Sprint Auto Parts.
A full rebuild and interior demolition was required but with tradies and friends helping along the way, the updated space will help deliver the agency’s residential and commercial sales, as well as property management.
“We just wanted the space to reflect what we are, which is the professional way about real estate,” said Principal of LJ Hooker Broken Hill, Tara Nadge – who has been with LJ Hooker for 21 years and purchased the business more than a year ago.
“It’s not about us, though, it’s still about the customer service, which is our main focus. We’re just happy this reflects it and I think it’s a welcoming place to come so that’s what it’s all about.”
