Impact Petroleum Solutions creates 30 local jobs

Around 30 jobs have been created during the redevelopment of the old Hillside Service Station by Lorven Fuels.

Tina Rheinberger, the sole director of Impact Petroleum Solutions, said, “My policy is to employ local people as much as we can on our projects.”

She explained that the company had used local Broken Hill businesses, especially with engineering, concreting and electrical work.

She said not only do we employ locals, but we also rent a local unit for my staff to stay in, “I stay at Red Earth Motel when I’m there and it’s wonderful.”

A trailblazer, Mrs Rheinberger says she is the only female sole trader in petroleum solutions that she knows.

Ms Rheinberger said the company had been working at the site since October 2021 and should be finished this February.
