Hawsons appoint new CFO

Hawsons Iron Ltd, the iron ore developer looking to open a Broken Hill mine, has announced a new Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary following the resignation of Greg Khan.

The man who has taken the role is Richard Stephens. Mr Stephens is an experienced CFO and company secretary, executive manager and non-executive director, known for his work with CFO Centre Australia. Mr Stephens is a part time appointment.

CFO Centre Australia is a leading provider of outsourced corporate secretarial and CFO services.

The board and management of Hawsons thanked Mr Khan for his contributions during his 19-months in the role, and wished him well in his future endeavours.
