Get Fit and Raise Funds too

This Saturday morning, the folks at Crystal Strength and Conditioning [CSC] are running their annual Pink Tournament, a workout event open to the public, with the aim of raising as much money as they can for the National Breast Cancer Foundation [NBCF].

There are more than 50 people taking part, in teams of four. There will be two workouts and two heats with prizes up for grabs from local businesses keen to support the event.

Businesses donating prizes include Jagged Edge, Thom, Dick and Harry’s, Salt Bush Restaurant, Phoebes, Aura, Gourmet Critbin, and many more.

There will also be a gold coin donation sausage sizzle after the workouts to help you deal with any post workout hunger pains.

Every cent raised on the day will be donated to the NBCF. There will be Pink October merchandise available as well.

“We look forward to being able to show our support for the NBCF and sharing the day with the community,” CSC employee Emma Gearin told us.
Get down to the CSC Gym this Saturday
