COVID is sweeping across Broken Hill.

There are 944 COVID-19 cases in Broken Hill today according to NSW Health.

This is 66 per cent of all cases in Broken Hill since the COVID-19 pandemic started.

With nearly 1000 people COVID-19 positive, 2000 people (based on numbers per home) should be isolating.

A health source has informed the Barrier Truth that they are seeing people who they know are COVID-19 positive not isolating and attending public venues.

It is still an offence to leave isolation to go shopping or other activities according to the NSW Health.
