Country Art Support grants now open

Not-for-profit organisations and residents of Broken Hill are once again eligible to apply for grants through the Country Art Support Program (CASP) projects happening in 2023.

With a pool of over $17,000, organisations can apply for up to $5000 each and individuals are eligible to apply for up to $1000 each, an increase in amounts from last year.

The grant can be used to buy equipment including tools, instruments, and other items required for art projects.

“It’s a great little grant that is available just in our region, which makes it more accessible to locals,” Cathy Farry, executive director of West Darling Arts told the Barrier Truth.

“We try to make the application process as simple as possible.”

Applications close at the end of January. Check the links below for both guidelines and applications.

You can contact Cathy directly at [email protected] with any questions you might have.
