Broken Hill Toyota Teams Up with Polished Man

Broken Hill Toyota is throwing their support behind the Polished Man campaign this October.

The campaign is focussed on ending violence against women and children.

The idea is for men to paint one nail blue to spark important and powerful conversations and raise awareness and funds to end violence against women and children.

All money raised by the campaign goes toward trauma prevention and recovery programs in Australia and across the world.

Over the past eight years the organisation has raised over $7.6million in their efforts to create a safer world for women and children.

Every year the local car Toyota dealer gets behind a worthy charity or community group to help raise funds.

“We will give our customers an opportunity to donate, and we will match their donations. We are also donating $50 to the campaign from every vehicle sold or delivered in the month, on top of our initial donation of $1000,”

Broken Hill Toyota General Manager, Justin Hoskins, said.

“By supporting Polished Man, we can not only support an amazing cause which does such important work, but we can all feel involved as a team, polishing up and proudly wearing our Polished Man shirts, to raise awareness and hopefully lots of funds for the campaign.”

All 20 staff members at the dealership will be kitting up in their Polished Man t-shirts and iconic polished fingernail. On top of that they will be wearing the specific Polished Man shade of blue called ‘Tile Art to Warm Your Heart’ by OPI for the month of October, in order to have a real crack at raising funds.
