The Cake Decorators Association of Broken Hill and Friends’ Mother’s Day stall is up and running at the Trade’s Hall (entry via 34 Sulphide St). With a range of handmade arts and crafts and baked goods available to purchase, the stall is open until Saturday, with Publicity Officer, Vicki Sladden encouraging people to come in and get their gifts in time for the special day on Sunday.
“We’re now open for anyone to come. Our decorated cakes are really unique gifts because they’re handmade and no two are the same,” she told the Truth.
“Come get your gifts before Mother’s Day. We’ve got fresh pasties in the morning too!”
The Mother’s Day stall at the Trades Hall is open from 10am to 4pm today to Friday, and from 9am to 12pm on Saturday, May 13.
