Each year starting in November, the Barrier Truth collects Christmas presents for disadvantaged children and their families. The presents received from our very generous community are donated to Lifeline, who make sure these families receive a gift because everyone deserves something for Christmas.
Last year, our community’s overwhelming generosity resulted in a plethora of gifts that filled the Truth’s front office to the brim. In fact, Lifeline required a ute and six volunteers to transport the donations. This year, our goal is to surpass that remarkable effort.
Please drop off any new toys, hampers, gift packs, perfume, aftershave, or anything else you would like to donate to the Barrier Truth Office at 179 Blende Street, and we will make sure as many families as possible have a better Christmas.
